Since all of our services are digital in nature, there is no physical shipping involved.

2. Return & Refund Policy

As we provide customized digital services, all sales are generally final. However, client satisfaction is a priority at Harnium. Refunds or partial credits may be granted at our discretion under the following conditions:

  • You must request a refund within 7 days of initial service delivery.

  • The refund request must clearly state the reason, supported by evidence of dissatisfaction or unmet deliverables.

  • The project must not be completed more than 50% at the time of the request.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services that have been fully rendered or significantly customized.

  • Delays caused by client-side inaction or lack of communication.

  • Any third-party platform issues (e.g., ad account suspensions).

3. Revisions and Support

We offer revisions based on the scope outlined in your service agreement. If you're not satisfied, we encourage you to reach out for adjustments rather than seeking a refund.
